W05n0048_p0178a06║  《大念處經》是巴利三藏中經藏《長部尼伽耶》的第二十二
W05n0048_p0178a07║經,又名《四念處經》。此經論述真修實證的修行法門,即以修習
W05n0048_p0178a08║四念住,內觀身、受、心、法,了知「身不淨、受是苦、心無常、法無
W05n0048_p0178a09║我」,以對治淨、樂、常、我等四顛倒想,修得慧觀,知見苦、無常、
W05n0048_p0178a10║無我之三法印,達至「於世間一切事物也無所執取」,諸漏斷盡,
W05n0048_p0178a11║達於涅槃之境。在初期佛教經典中佔有突出重要的地位。
W05n0048_p0178a12║  此經代表了佛教早期親修實證的特色,有別於部派佛教時
W05n0048_p0178a13║期偏重推理論證的特點。對於各部派的修行實踐有很大影響,
W05n0048_p0178a14║可以說修習四念處就是禪,就是止觀;對於要用自身的體驗,了
W05n0048_p0178a15║悟佛法,轉凡成聖,轉癡成智的修習者來說,修習四念處說是依
W05n0048_p0178a16║止處。
W05n0048_p0178a17║  這部經在各個部派的經典中都有保存,祇是編排不一致,在
W05n0048_p0178a18║漢文大藏經《長阿含》中無此經,而在《中阿含》卷二十四中收此
W05n0048_p0178a19║經,名為《念處經》。
W05n0048_p0178a20║  此譯本《大念處經》是直接譯自斯里蘭卡國家佛教部監製出
W05n0048_p0178a21║版之僧伽羅文巴利三藏,如與漢譯《中阿含》中《念處經》相比較,
W05n0048_p0178a22║可知無論在篇幅的長短、內容的詳略上都有較大區別,可供對照
W05n0048_p0178a23║參閱。

W05n0048_p0179a05║  2、諸比丘啊!惟有一途可淨化眾生,脫離憂愁哀

W05n0048_p0179a19║無人處,跏趺而坐,身軀端直,專心繫念,出息出息,彼作
W05n0048_p0179a20║長出息時,於彼長出息,心中了了分明。彼作長出息時,
W05n0048_p0179a21║於彼長入息,心中了了分明。彼作短出息時,於彼短出
W05n0048_p0179a22║息,心中了了分明。彼作短入息時,於彼短入息,心中了
W05n0048_p0179a23║了分明。彼須訓練自己,分明覺知彼所有的出息;訓練

W05n0048_p0180a02║於鏃盤做長轉時,於其所作長轉,心中了了分明,於鏃盤

W05n0048_p0180a05║明,彼於長入息時,於彼所作長入息,心中了了分明,彼
W05n0048_p0180a06║於短出息時,於彼所作短出息,心中了了分明,彼於短入
W05n0048_p0180a07║息時,於彼所作短入息,心中了了分明。彼如是訓練自

W05n0048_p0181a12║觀之,了了分明所作何事。彼於穿衣持缽之際,應以正

W05n0048_p0182a01║  7、復次,諸比丘啊!彼應觀想此身,自足底而上,自
W05n0048_p0182a02║頭頂而下,由皮包裹種種不淨充滿,言曰,我此身中,有
W05n0048_p0182a03║髮、毛、爪、齒、皮、肉、筋、骨、髓、腎、心、肝、肋膜、脾藏、
W05n0048_p0182a04║大腸、腸膜、肺、胃、屎、尿、膽汁、痰、膿、血、汗、脂肪、淚、
W05n0048_p0182a05║淋巴、涕、唾、滑液。諸比丘啊!猶如一隻雙口袋子,各
W05n0048_p0182a06║種種子充滿,諸如粳米、糙米、菜豆、豌豆、芝麻、精米。
W05n0048_p0182a07║聰明之士於內觀見分明,曰,此是粳米,此是糙米,此是
W05n0048_p0182a08║菜豆,此是芝麻,此是精米。於此一樣,諸比丘啊!彼觀
W05n0048_p0182a09║此身,自足底而上,自頭頂而下,由皮包裹種種不淨充
W05n0048_p0182a10║滿。曰,我此身中,有髮、毛、爪、齒、皮、肉、筋、骨、髓、
W05n0048_p0182a11║腎、心、肝、肋膜、脾藏、大腸、腸膜、肺、胃、屎、尿、膽汁、
W05n0048_p0182a12║痰、膿、血、汗、脂肪、淚、淋巴、涕、唾、滑液。

W05n0048_p0182a14║意觀察其身,彼於自身他身兼顧注意觀察其身,或觀察
W05n0048_p0182a15║身內之生起,或觀察身內之壞滅,或兼察身內之生起與
W05n0048_p0182a16║壞滅。由於專心繫念而認清其身無非是如其所念,如其
W05n0048_p0182a17║所知而已。如是,彼生活會無所染著,於世間一切事物

W05n0048_p0182a23║  8、復次,諸比丘啊!彼無論所做何事,無論置身何
W05n0048_p0182a24║處,應於此身依其組成分類而觀。曰,此身之中有地、
W05n0048_p0182a25║水、火、風等四大種。諸比丘啊!猶如熟練屠夫,或其學
W05n0048_p0183a01║徒,立於十字道路口殺牛剝皮,支解成塊,彼於此一樣立
W05n0048_p0183a02║於十字道路口,諸比丘啊!彼無論做何事,無論置身何
W05n0048_p0183a03║處,應於此身從界分而觀之。言曰,我此身中有地界、水
W05n0048_p0183a04║界、火界、風界等四大種。
W05n0048_p0183a05║  彼如是生活,彼於自身注意觀察其身,彼於他人注
W05n0048_p0183a06║意觀察其身,彼於自身他身兼顧注意觀察其身,或觀察
W05n0048_p0183a07║身內之生起,或觀察身內之壞滅,或兼察身內之生起與
W05n0048_p0183a08║壞滅。由於專心繫念而認清其身無非是如其所念,如其

W05n0048_p0184a05║為各類昆蟲所食,於彼自比,言曰,肯定我此身性質相

W05n0048_p0184a08║意觀察其身,彼於自身他身兼顧注意觀察其身,或觀察

W05n0048_p0197a03║愛某種形象、某種聲音、氣味、味道、感觸,或某個人,比
W05n0048_p0197a04║如他的父親、母親、或兄弟姐妹親友,但卻不能得到,必
W05n0048_p0197a05║須與他們別離。諸比丘啊!這便是愛別離苦。
W05n0048_p0197a06║  那麼,諸比丘啊!何謂求不得苦呢?諸比丘啊!受
W05n0048_p0197a07║生支配之眾生,願望如是生起,但願不受生的支配,但求
W05n0048_p0197a08║生不臨身,此亦非以願望而得,這就是求不得苦一語之

W05n0048_p0197a10║  諸比丘啊!受老、病、死、憂、悲、苦、惱、絕望支配之
W05n0048_p0197a11║眾生,願望如是生起,但願不受絕望的支配,但求絕望永

W05n0048_p0201a14║三禪。去快樂,棄苦受,先前一切苦欣皆已消失,入住無
W05n0048_p0201a15║苦無樂之四禪,四禪中祇餘行捨淨化的念支,諸比丘啊!

W05n0048_p0201a19║  29、彼如是生活,彼於自身注意觀察諸法,彼於他人

W05n0048_p0201a22║與壞滅。由於專心繫念而認清諸法無非是如其所念,如
W05n0048_p0201a23║其所知而已。如是,彼生活會無所染著,於世間一切事

W05n0048_p0201a25║  諸比丘啊!彼於日常生活中,應如是注意觀察諸
